The space The modern, ligh-flooded, spacious and comfortable 2-room attic flat includes a kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and toilet. It suits perfectly for two or three people. A baby bed is available. The flat has a parquet floor and is equipped with modern inventory. It also provides you with a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and electric venetian blinds. The main entrance of the house is used jointly, though there is seperate entrance to your flat. In Lindau's warm summer evenings you can enjoy the sundown from the spacious balcony. Our house is close to Lindau´s well known district "Bad Schachen" within a green surrounding. The proximity to the lake makes the flat especially interesting - it is located 3 minutes away from the Lake of Constance and Lindau's famous Island is reachable within a 15 minutes walk. Additionally the bus stop and railway station are around the corner. The flat provides perfect opportunities to start bicycle and jogging tours. The bicycle rental company is within 500 meters reach. Bakery, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The flat itself is located in a traffic calmed area, where the children can play on the street. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. Yet, many of our guests hardly move their cars during their stay. My husband and I live in the ground floor and first floor.
