Superb study near the CENTRE d 'AVIGNON

Welcome to my large, bright and cosy studio with T.V., WiFi and free secure parking located 10 minutes from the HISTORY CENTER as well as the train station and major roads. Nearby, you will find many bars, shops and restaurants and you will be able to discover a lively and animated city all year round. The accommodation is warm and welcoming. Very good stay :) The space If you like a relaxed, zen and cosy atmosphere, this is the place for you! The residence is quiet, close to the city center. A cosy sleeping area with a soft mattress awaits you, you will find a very comfortable sofa to relax around a drink, it can be transformed into a sofa bed for 2 additional people (real double bed), with soft pillows as you wish! If you have a small child, an umbrella bed is at your disposal. A kitchen awaits you, with all the necessary equipment to heat or cook your meals. Coffee, chocolate, tea or coffee with milk is offered to you for your breakfast, indeed you have the choice of capsules to prepare a good drink with the Dolce Gusto coffee maker, tea bags and herbal teas are also at your disposal. A large table is there to share a convivial moment. The bathroom is spacious. If you need to work, a large table will allow you to meet or view all your documents at the same time the calm atmosphere will make you efficient! Welcome for good moments of relaxation in a cozy comfort or to work in a pleasant setting. The accommodation is non-smoking and parties and pets are not allowed.
