The space On the outskirts of the village, just a 5-minute walk from the center and facing south, our farmhouse is located on a one-hectare park in the middle of a pretty green countryside and overlooking the Mayenne. Our house can accommodate up to 10 people and 3 babies. On the ground floor is a spacious eat-in kitchen, a real living room facing south and west and paved with old tiles. Microwave, extra-large electric oven and professional 5-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary equipment for cooking and baking. A large family freezer is available in a small room next to the kitchen. By passing the long table that can accommodate 10 people you will access a double living room separated by old beams. A large fireplace located at the back on the exposed stone wall will allow you to warm up when the evenings are cooler. There is also a newly renovated double bedroom with bathroom, and separate toilet. Upstairs, taking the beautiful wooden staircase patinated by time, you will discover 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be brought together as desired), 1 bed for children under 10 years old, as well as a bed for children under 5 years old. Overlooking 1 large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, equipped with a small desk. On the other side of the landing, a small children's room with a crib adjoining a master bedroom that can accommodate 2 adults in a large double bed and an adult or child in a single bed. Overlooking the landing is a recently renovated bathroom, consisting of a shower, bathtub, double vanity, and toilet. The house is very well equipped with childcare equipment: high chair, playpen, lounge chair, infant bathtub, changing table, not to mention toys for children that will occupy and stimulate them. Around the house and its outbuildings, there is a large secular wooded park and an orchard (plum, cherry, apple, peach...) bordered by a wood and a meadow overlooking Mayenne. On the south side of the house and overlooking the kitchen and living room, you will find a large garden table with umbrella and barbecue. The pool, children's playhouse and sandbox are also in this part of the garden. The house overlooks a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, ensuring tranquility and safety. An open-air café with evening concerts will allow you to end your days pleasantly. Mini-golf and tree climbing in the next village. On the practical side, a grocery store with bread depot, a bar-tobacconist and a tavern (with wood-fired cooking). A 5-minute drive away you will find a vegetable garden and a bakery. For bigger shopping trips, a supermarket is a 10-minute drive away. The neighboring towns are Angers, 30 minutes by car, and Château-Gontier 15 minutes away. You will find all the needed commodities.
