Room for rent in the countryside

Bright and attic room in the quiet countryside for 1 or 2 people, or couple with 1 child. Possibility of providing a baby bed. Close to Moulins and shops. Important: our home is not a vacation rental at all. We only offer one room for rent in our main residence where spaces are shared (toilets, bathroom and kitchen). Check-in 6:30/7:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. max. No breakfast. Pets not allowed The space Homestay room in the countryside in a quiet environment. New accommodation. Owners live on site year-round. This room is only for spending the night and is not made to stay during the day. Check-in time from 7pm to 9:30pm max (spring/summer) and from 6:30pm to 9:30pm max (fall/winter). We do not accept late check-in times (after 10 p.m.) and daytime check-in (not before 6:30 p.m.). No check-ins will be accepted before 6:30 p.m. (fall/winter) and before 7 p.m. (spring/summer) as we are busy with our professional obligations. Guests are also asked to keep noise down after 10pm out of respect for other guests and residents in the home. Checkout times in the morning are 8:30 am maximum on weekdays, always for our professional reasons, and 10 am on weekends. No pets are allowed. Guest access Bathroom with large walk-in shower and small bathtub, toilet, large parking lot. Access to large shared kitchen, pantry and fridge on the ground floor. We do not prepare meals and breakfasts. Possibility to have your own meal on site in the common kitchen only in the evening and at breakfast. No lunch. Fridge and pantry available to store your food. No eating in the room. We insist that our big house is absolutely not a vacation rental. We only offer one bedroom for rent in our main residence where spaces are shared (toilets, bathroom and kitchen). It is therefore not possible to stay at home. Hygiene products are not provided. Other things to note Accommodation located in the countryside north of Allier, precisely in Trévol (03) in Bourbonnais (the historic heart of the Dukes of Bourbon. We are in the Auvergne Region, 8 km north of Moulins, very close to the RN7. To the north there is Nevers (58) in the Burgundy region located 45 minutes away by road. The Magny-Cours circuit is 30 minutes away and not far from Berry and Morvan. To the south there is Vichy 45 minutes away and Clermont-Fd 1 hour 15 minutes away, the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, Vulcania... We are close to Château d'Avrilly. The LE PAL amusement park is 30 minutes away. In Moulins there is, among other things, the National Centre for Stage Costume, the Museum of Illustration, the Anne-de-Beaujeu Museum and the Maison Mantin. The historic district of Moulins is beautiful with the Jacquemart and the cathedral. Downtown Moulins is a must-see. The Montbeugny and Lurcy-Levis circuits are located not far from Moulins. Quiet and relaxing place with lots of hiking trails for walking and cycling.
