The typical terracotta floors and the wood ceilings with hand squared old girders give the house a warm and special atmosphere. At the ground floor you will find a wide dining room with a large table, and a spacious kitchen, with all the electric accessories. Upstairs there are the living room with a big fire place and TV sat, a second living room and the main bedroom with private bathroom. At the second floor you'll find 4 bedrooms: 2 with private bathroom, and 2 with a shared big bathroom. The house is provided with wi-fi internet. In a dependence is located the loundry. The house is set in a private spacious garden, with gazebo, barbecue, and a covered parking for 2 cars, and it's immersed in the tranquillity and restfulness of the countryside, enhanced by the harmony of the agricultural landscape.
