L'Ecureuil *** Cottage with pool and air conditioning

Put your bags in the heart of the hilly territory of Gascony, in the south of the Landes, in the countryside very close to the Basque Country and the Béarn. Only 1 hour from the mountain and the beach, 20 minutes from Dax and 15 km from Salies de Béarn. My cottage, totally independent, classified 3 ears Gite de France and 3*** in furnished tourist accommodation. You can enjoy our swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-September) and the large garden. Linens and towels are provided. The space Completely renovated at the end of 2018, you will find all modern comforts in a simple décor: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, iron, flat-screen TV in the bedroom and in the living room, free Wi-Fi, etc. The air-conditioned cottage consists of a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen open to the living room with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed. The private laundry room is adjacent to the cottage (extra charge for using the dryer). On the terrace, a barbecue awaits you so you can cook our regional specialties. You can also relax in and around the large pool (unheated and open from mid-May to mid-September depending on the weather), where we provide you with deck chairs, umbrellas, and garden furniture. Even the little ones are welcome, we offer the free loan of a crib with its bed linen, a high chair and a bathtub. You will find all the necessary documentation on site to plan your short or long stays. Ample parking allows you to park easily. The cottage is completely independent and is located on the property where we live. Guest access You will have access to our pool (10×5) open from mid-May to mid-September, as well as to a private laundry room. Enjoy nature on about 4000 m² of land. Large enclosed parking lot. Other things to note We live there, so we can recommend good places or help you if you're missing anything. I also offer breakfasts at an additional cost. The property must be left clean on your departure, we can also offer a cleaning fee. The pool is shared only with the owners, no other guests. The use of the accommodation as well as everything that is made available is exclusively reserved for guests staying in the cottage.
