L'Ecureuil *** Cottage with pool and air conditioning

Drop your bags in the heart of the hilly region of Gascony, in the south of the Landes, in the countryside very close to the Basque Country and Béarn. Only 1 hour from the mountains and the beach, 20 minutes from Dax and 15 km from Salies-de-Béarn. My gîte, which is completely self-contained, is classified as a 3-star Gîte de France and a 3-star furnished holiday home. You can enjoy our swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-September) and the large garden. Sheets and towels are provided. The space Completely renovated at the end of 2018, you will find all modern comforts in a simple décor: fitted kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, iron, flat-screen TV in the bedroom and in the living room, free Wi-Fi, and more. The air-conditioned cottage comprises a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen that opens onto the living room, which has a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed. The private laundry room is adjacent to the gîte (additional charge for using the tumble dryer). On the terrace, a barbecue awaits you, perfect for cooking our regional specialities. You can also relax in and around the large swimming pool (unheated and open from mid-May to mid-September depending on the weather conditions), where we provide you with deckchairs, parasols and garden furniture. Even the little ones are welcome, we offer the free loan of a crib with its bed linen, a high chair and a bathtub. You will find all the necessary documentation on site to organise your short or long stays. Ample parking is available, making it easy for you to park your vehicle. The gîte is completely self-contained and is located on the property where we live. Guest access You will have access to our swimming pool (10×5) open from mid-May to mid-September, as well as a private laundry room. Enjoy nature on about 4000 m² of land. Large enclosed car park. Other things to note We live there, so we can recommend good places or help you if you're missing anything. I also offer breakfasts at an additional cost. The property must be left clean on your departure, we can also offer a cleaning fee. The pool is shared only with the owners, no other guests. The use of the accommodation as well as everything that is made available is exclusively reserved for guests staying in the cottage.
