L'Ecureuil *** Cottage with pool and air conditioning

Settle your suitcases in the heart of the rolling territory of Gascony, south of the Landes, in the countryside close to the Basque Country and Béarn. Only 1 hour from the mountain and the beach, 20 minutes from Dax and 15 km from Salies de Béarn. My cottage, totally independent, classified 3 ears Gite de France and 3*** in furnished tourist accommodation. Guests can enjoy our swimming pool and large garden. Linens and towels are provided. The space Completely renovated at the end of 2018, you will find all modern comforts in a sober decoration: equipped kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, iron, flat screen TV in the bedroom and in the living room, free Wi-Fi... The cottage, air-conditioned, is composed of a bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen open to the living room with a 140 x 190 sofa bed. The private laundry room is adjacent to the cottage (extra charge for dryer use). On the terrace, a barbecue awaits you to cook our regional specialties. You can also relax in and around the large swimming pool (unheated and open from May to September depending on weather conditions) where we provide you with deckchairs, parasols and garden furniture. Children, even the youngest, are welcome; we offer free loan of a crib with its linens, a high chair and a bathtub. You will find on site all the necessary documentation for the organization of your short or long stays. Ample parking allows you to park easily. The cottage is completely independent and is located on the property where we live. Guest access You will have access to our swimming pool (10×5) as well as a private laundry room. Enjoy nature on about 4000 m² of land. Ample parking. Other things to note We live there, so we can recommend good places or help you if you're missing anything. I also offer breakfasts at an additional cost. The property must be left clean on your departure, we can also offer a cleaning fee. The pool is shared only with the owners, no other guests. The use of the accommodation as well as everything that is made available is exclusively reserved for guests staying in the cottage.
