Private Guest Suite, Hot Tub (optn) & Sea Views

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend The space Our guest suite DOESN’T have a kitchen, but we do provide a Fridge, Kettle, toaster, coffee maker & microwave. We supply a number of condiments for your convenience. We have outside loungers, hot tub and an undercover eating area on the balcony with wonderful sea views. If you book the hot tub we also provide bath robes for your convenience. The hot tub seats 4 persons and not an inflatable Spa. The hot tub water is checked twice a day and is emptied and cleaned after every guest. We have seen some of the most amazing sunsets this year. PLEASE NOTE our property is up a hill. If you have mobility issues walking to the property from the town or beach area will be difficult so you will require transport. We do have an EV charging point, chargeable at 70p per KW. There are plenty of places of interest and attractions in the area. Snowdon approx. 30 miles away, Llandudno 7 miles, Gwrych Castle Abergele only 3 miles away Guest access Guest will be on the ground floor. There are 5 steps to access the guest suite. Onsite parking. Our own living accommodation is on the first floor so allows us all some privacy. We use a keypad for access. Other things to note The hot tub is available for £90 regardless of length of stay. The fee is to cover the preparation and running of the hot tub. It is emptied and refilled between guests. This requires 850 litres of water to be heated to 38-40 degrees. Once filled the chemicals are prepared and monitored during your stay. There are 2 cats and a dog live at the premises but they don’t have access to the guest suite
