Room & bathroom in my home close to dayton airport

I am a Minnesota native that has lived in the Dayton area for 20+ years now. I work as an Occupational Therapist in Home health. I love to travel and have a good time with friends and family. I am very easy going and able to accommodate most things. I love to cook and I try new recipes. If you have a favorite I would love to give it a whirl. I look forward to hosting you and getting to know you a little. I hope you enjoy your stay with me in my home. The space I do live here and we will be sharing spaces. You will have your own room and bathroom. My home can accommodate up to 1-4 people it has no steps to enter or within the home. I have 2 bedrooms that will accommodate 2 guests/room comfortably with a queen size bed in each room with memory foam mattress. The #1 bedroom has a TV with Roku set up with Netflix and hulu. Has a small fridge/freezer, microwave, heater, fan, single cup coffee (pod) machine, desk and WIFI. The #2 bedroom has another queen murphy bed, tv and small desk area. You will have your own bathroom located across the hall from bedroom #1. You are also welcome to use the kitchen and all my nifty gadgets to make your own creations. Enjoy my back patio which is covered and has a grill and small fire pit and/or Chiminea (bring your own wood please). I do have yard games available if you care to enjoy the back yard. Parking in driveway on right (west) side near garbage cans and on the street. I can recommend anything you wish to do in the area and will assist in any way I can to make your stay excellent.
