The space This beautiful 120 m² home includes: ✔ a spacious and cozy living room with two large sofas — the heart of the house, featuring a wood-burning stove for warm, fireside evenings, ✔ a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer), ✔ a friendly dining area open to the living room, ✔ a bathroom and a separate toilet, ✔ outside, a large wooden terrace perfect for family barbecues, overlooking a vast tree-lined meadow with a breathtaking 180° panoramic view of the mountains, ✔ a private outdoor parking area that can accommodate several cars. Upstairs: ✔ two bright bedrooms opening onto a shared balcony with stunning views, each with a double bed (one queen size), ✔ a third bedroom with a double bed, ✔ a cozy children’s corner (or fourth attic bedroom) with two single beds — available on request, ideal for younger guests, ✔ a large bathroom with toilet. The house provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, including: ✔ TV and Wi-Fi, ✔ vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment, baby cot, ✔ in winter, one basket of firewood is provided free of charge. Unused bedrooms will remain closed. If you wish to sleep separately, please inform us before your arrival — an additional €15 will be charged for the extra linen and laundry service.
