The house has all the necessary facilities for a fantastic stay. This listing is for the two upper floors. Owner lives in the basement. You get access to the 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathroom is located in 2 floor. The other 0.5 bathroom is in the first floor. *Basement* This listing is for the two upper floors in a single family home. The owner (one individual) lives in the basement. There is a locked door between two upper floors and the basement. She has her own entrance and separate space from the upper two floors. Other things to note We actually gets water from our own well in the backyard. That’s why the water (mainly hot water) is a bit pale color. It’s due to the iron in the well water. We have a water treatment filter installed in the basement to reduce the iron in the water. There is nothing wrong with the water except for the discoloration. I appreciate if you can remove shoes upon entering the house. The quiet hours are 10pm on weekdays and 11.30pm on weekends
