Spacious Loft with 240 sqm in the heart of downtown Essen. Sauna, WiFi, Table soccer, Fitness – pure Loft. The city has levied a tourist tax on private Airbnb rentals since August 1, 2025. It amounts to 5% of the gross nightly rate per person per night, with a maximum of €9 per day. We are obligated to collect and remit this tax. Sauna (for max 4 persons) Table soccer Bar/ Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, kitchen appliances (2 coffee machines, kettle, etc), picnic basket, dining area seats 6 comfortably. Cable TV: with remote control, lots of channels and radio. Music: Radio with USB-connection next to the sauna/ table soccer & a Bluetooth Radio next to the bar. Lounge area: with 2 armchairs, books and event magazines, games, flyer and informational material for tourists Small gym (bike, crosstrainer, stepper, punching bag, barbell, yoga mats) (pls use a towel)
