Our 1,450 square foot Cascade Village condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is a great family mountain escape, with a full kitchen, wood fireplace, two private decks and amazing views. The space Our 1,450 square foot 2 bedroom / 2 bath Cascade Village condo (Unit 45 - White Horse at Cascade Village - under new and improved owners July 2025 who have made a ton of upgrades) is a great family mountain escape, with a fully stocked kitchen, wood burning fireplace, two private decks and amazing views. Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop (with discounts)! The condo is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The open living plan and high end furnishings and linens all contribute to the warm atmosphere. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom- King with TV and Ensuite Bath (Upstairs) 2nd Bedroom- Queen (Same level as kitchen/main living space) Additional Sleeping Space - Futon - Double (Upstairs - access is through the master bathroom) Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly and trailers are not allowed. Purgatory offers a complimentary ski shuttle to our Cascade rental guests on a set schedule 1-2 times in the AM and PM during the ski season, on a first come first serve basis. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. As with all properties in the area, the condo does not have AC. Given the day times highs are rarely above 80 while the lows are in the 40s. Open the windows after the sun is behind the mountains and then close them in the morning along with the blinds that face west. This will keep the house plenty cool.
