Perfect for getting away with family or holidaying with friends, this detached property is close to local amenities and great as a base for day trips around the region - 30 minutes by car to Dartmoor or a number of different south coast beaches. After a busy day, unwind in the sauna or BBQ on the patio. For those that don't feel like relaxing, there is a trampoline and skate ramp. The space The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room across the back of the house is spacious and bright, with large doors opening out onto the patio and garden. At the front of the house there is a toilet and a double bedroom (which can be set up as 2 single beds or a super-king). Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite, a single room with cabin bed, family bathroom, and finally another double bedroom, with bunk beds and additional pull out bed. There is off-road parking for one vehicle (but free street parking for others). There is also a garage/utility space with room for bikes, buggies or outdoor gear. We spend a lot of time in our garden and hope you will too. There is a garden room with projector, dart board and pool table; a sauna, 12ft trampoline, BBQ, and large patio area with table and plenty of seating.
