We live in the house 50% of the time and leave condiments and a small amount of food in the fridge. It can be moved to the garage refrigerator if that's an issue. The hot tub overheats during the summer heat, even when it's set at the lowest 80-degree setting, so we turn it off during the hottest 3 months, June, July, and August. The misters are clogged with hard water, so we will be hooking up new misters to the whole house Aquasana filtration system. You can drink from all the faucets. Swim, Hot Tub, bike, and use gym equipment ALL AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have a cat part-time that occasionally visits.
