The modern, loft-like 80m2 apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area of Vienna with free access to a private out-door pool. The city center can be reached in 25 minutes by tram 43 directly The space Loft-like apartment The house is located on a hill with a wonderful view over the Viennese Woods in a dead-end street. You cannot hear any street noise. Due to the slope, the apartment is one floor lower with direct access to the pool, terrace and garden. The apartment was build in 2017 and stylish decorated. It has 2 separate entrances accessed via an external staircase. Studio: A double bed (180x200) is located in a loft-like room. Here you will also find two sofas, which can be easily take off to a single bed (120x200 and 80x200). And a separate bedroom (bed 160x200) including extra bathroom The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, portable induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and pots, pans, bona china and cutlery). Enjoy every morning your coffee made by a Jura fully automatic coffee machine. To a make yourself breakfast the first days, you will find in the fridge, fresh butter, eggs, orange juice, milk and homemade marmelade and toast. There are various sorts of tea and for the kids cacao. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower. Hair dryer, hair shampoo and shower gel and of course, towels and toilet paper are available. Of course you will be provides with big beach towels for the pool. Guest access You reach your apartment via an external staircare. The pool (with roofing and lockable) can be used free of charge (due to weather conditions between mid April and mid October ) and the garden invites you to barbecue. Ideal for families with children. Other things to note The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users, as it is accessible only by stairs to the garden. Pets are unfortunately not allowed, as we are considerate of allergies of later guests. Night rest is required by law from 10 pm to 6 am.
