Note- the extra bedroom is accessed via the outdoor stairway (please reference the floor plan image). Amenities include high-speed private internet, two comfortable king beds, soft bedding/towels, Apple tv, walk-in closet, luggage racks, work desk/chair, and more. No pets (including service- allergic). The space The ideal location of the Phoenix House cannot be overstated. Located just one block off Main St./Hwy 395, enjoy a three-minute walk to coffee shops and the theater. The local brewery is an eight-minute walk. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Guest access The Phoenix House is a 650 square foot second-story home with a 300 square foot downstairs bedroom attached. Access a small storage room with a washer and dryer from the downstairs bedroom. Please feel free to use the storage room to safely store gear, bikes, skis, etc. Parking is on the street, in front of the walkway. Other things to note The downstairs bedroom is accessed via the outdoor stairs. This may not be ideal for guests who are elderly or physically impaired. The one bathroom is located upstairs in the main part of the house and accessed via the outdoor stairway. Please reference the floor plan image. This is a pet-free zone. There will be a penalty charge of $100 if you try to bring a pet. This includes service animals. I’m sorry to be so strict, but I’m highly allergic. Gas BBQ grill is available for use. Shared, but easily accessible. Please don’t hesitate to use it!
