Apartment located within the elegant Consorzio di Portisco, overlooking the Costa Smeralda and equipped with services, restaurants, a minimarket and an equipped beach. Portisco is characterized by its well-kept green spaces and its marina, where you can walk or have an aperitif. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort (no A/C) and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people: 1 double bed + sofa bed. Ideal for a couple or a family with 2 children. The private garden offers sea views and relaxation. The space The apartment is located in an area surrounded by greenery, with well-kept common gardens and pleasant walks. The apartment consists of a double bedroom (with French window on internal courtyard), bathroom (no window, there is an aerator), kitchen and large and bright living room with double sofa bed. It is important to know that access to the bathroom involves passing through the bedroom. Bed linen NOT included, we can provide sheets on request at a small additional cost. Outside is a small private garden where you can eat and enjoy the view of the sea and the chirping of cicadas. The garden is not completely enclosed so animals and/or children can get out of control. Guest access The entire apartment and adjoining small private garden are available. You can use the Consortium's common areas (playground, parking lots, marina, beaches, etc.). Other things to note There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but the rooms are very cool and in the bedroom there is a ceiling fan. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Barbecues are absolutely forbidden. Two entrances, on both sides of the house: one through the garden and one from the inside. It is a ground floor so easy to access with suitcases and small children. The bedroom has no windows but has a French door that overlooks the internal courtyard and can be kept open to ventilate. A Nespresso Vertuo POP coffee machine is provided. You will find some welcome pods; if you need to buy new ones, keep in mind that this model does NOT accept compatible pods, only the original Nespresso Vertuo. In Olbia unfortunately there is NO Nespresso store, so we recommend bringing a supply or -in an emergency- you can ask my co-host to buy some from her. Registration Details IT090047C2000R9727
