Unique villa in Gothenburg area

Welcome to our unique villa! The house is in the east part of Mölndal, next to Gothenburg, with the nature just around the corner, yet close to everything. Great public transportation (bus, tram, train) which quickly takes you to the city of Gothenburg, the archipelago or where ever you want to go. The closest lake for bathing is within walking distance. Perfect staying for Gothia or Partille Cup visitors or for the family who want to enjoy the beautiful Gothenburg city and its surroundings. The space The house is very light and airy thanks to the open plan and high ceilings. Fresh and modern interior. Enjoy the Swedish summer on the great patio with lounge furniture under a big parasol. Watch the kids play in the garden, with a trampoline, while you prepare the dinner on the grill. Serve your dinner on the upper terrace, under roof and with infra-heaters. On the first floor, you have the entrance, a guest toilet and a stairwell. The kitchen, dining area and living room are all in one open plan and the ceiling in the living room is about 6 meters high. The kitchen contains all you need: Convection owen, microwave owen, induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, etc. On the second floor, you have the master bedroom with a double bed, kids-bedroom 1 with a 120 cm bed. Kids-bedroom 2 with a 120 cm bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In the basement, there is a bedroom with a 120 cm bed. There is a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sauna, fully working but not in the same standard as the rest of the house. There is also a fully equipped laundry with modern washer and dryer machines. There is also a private storage room that will be locked. A part from the 5 regular beds, there is a camping bed is available for you to put in any bedroom if you need There is free Wi-Fi in the entire house and a TV with a lot of streaming services. Guest access The house is a double family house, with two separate "apartments" where the main one, as described above, is available for our guests including most parts of the garden and the patio. The second apartment and a small part of the garden is private area. There are no shared parts of the villa. Other things to note The house is equipped with a burglar alarm and a fire alarm connecting directly to 112 (911). There are also fire extinguishers in the building. Pets are not allowed Partys and events are not allowed Cleaning the house before leaving is mandatory. Towels and bed linen are not included. Sorting waste (plastic, paper, glass, food, etc) is mandatory, see separate instruction.
