The living area consists of a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, a stove, a refrigerator, and everything you need to cook independently. Outside you will find a large lawn, ideal for relaxing, spreading out a towel to read, doing yoga, or simply listening to the birds sing. The surrounding environment is ideal for birdwatching: flamingos, herons, and other birds of the lagoon are often visible from the morning. For those who love to cycle, we offer a cycling itinerary designed specifically to explore the surroundings by bicycle, among canals, fields and breathtaking views. If you do not have your own bicycles, with the collaboration of our partners, you can rent them. In addition, on request and always with the collaboration of our partners, you can enjoy a unique experience on board a boat, to reach other hidden corners of the area or to enjoy the lagoon. The location is quiet but strategic: in just twenty minutes you can reach the beach of Jesolo, in about 45 minutes you are in Venice by car and in 1.30 hours if you want to opt for car plus ferry. Here everything invites you to slow down and rediscover contact with nature, in a truly special place. Sweet awakening 
To start the day with a taste, in the vicinity of the accommodation, an agritourism offers, on request, the possibility to enjoy a typical breakfast with local products in a cozy and authentic atmosphere.
