Seaside Summer House "Elia"

We offer a seaside house in one of the most beautiful and secluded bays of Alonnisos. Agios Petros Bay is located at 9km away from Patitiri, the island’s port. The old family vacations’ house, is renovated and made to offer you a peaceful environment. The house consists of 2 large sitting rooms and fully equipped kitchen. It also has 4 large separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. An extra sofa bed (or a baby crib) can be added, free of charge, if an extra guest is to stay at the house (6 guests +2). The space Our land is an olive grove located in one of the most beautiful and secluded bays of Alonnisos. Agios Petros Bay is located 9km from the port of Patitiri, accessible from a standard 1km road that goes downhill. There, stands our house which is named "Elia" (the greek word for olive tree) after an enormous olive tree that stands outside the house and was planted there over a century ago. The beach is only 5 meters away from the house, rendering the property literally by the sea! The proximity to the beach, is what makes our house truly unique. You can actually get up and just take a dive! Also, being far from any public street, makes it an extremely quiet and serene environment for your vacations, ideal for families and big groups (the house can host up to 8 people). Lots of work and love was placed here by the family's ancestor who came here and made it home. Just take a few moments to look around, get in touch with nature, listen to the sea and enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner in the spacious veranda. Guest access You are welcome to use the whole house. Long term guests should keep in mind that the owner may wish to access the house and its premises for emergency maintenance work etc. Other things to note You will need a car or a scooter in order to explore the island’s most remote places. Should you decide not to bring your own, vehicles are available to rent, on the island. Always keep in mind that during July and August, due to the high demand, it might be hard to get a rental vehicle, so planning ahead to avoid hustle is strongly recommended. If you are not having a vehicle available as soon as you arrive, we can arrange for a taxi to bring you to the house, as well as one to pick you up on the day you are checking out. Again, the sooner we know about it, the better our service will be. Continuous WiFi provision is subject to electricity power cuts. Please keep in mind that WiFi router function breaks/disruption is to be expected due to the brief power cuts that often occur in the island. Tap water in Alonnissos is not of great quality. Always use bottled water and always ask for bottled water when you dine out. Please keep in mind that this is a private property that offers hospitality through Airbnb and abides to Airbnb guides of conduct. It is not a touristic accomodation. Registration Details 00000469311
