Four Seasons

Our stunning three bedroom apartment is located in a small hamlet just outside the pretty village of Pressac, an idyllic, tranquil setting with a 10 minute walk into the village. We are 50 minutes from both Limoges and Poitiers, our local airports. A 15 minute drive to the nearest supermarket in the town of Confolens and plenty to do for all the family in the surrounding area including fishing, walking, canoeing, horse riding, zip wiring, parcours and the wonderful valley of the monkeys. The space Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 king size, 1 double and 2 singles. The 2 larger bedrooms have French doors opening up onto an enclosed balcony that runs along the back of the house offering wonderful views over the sizeable garden.The kitchen and twin bedroom face towards the front of the house offering views over the countryside and the lounge/diner has French doors on opposite sides, one set leading to the enclosed balcony at the back and the other set opens up to the front terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast and lunch in the sunshine. Outside in the garden there is a BBQ and seating area for you to make the most of our glorious weather. There is plenty of parking available and the whole private and expansive garden is yours to enjoy. There is no washing machine in the apartment however the owners are happy to do laundry for a small charge.
