1-room apartment with balcony & view of the countryside

Quiet 15 sqm room (bed 1.6 m x 2 m) with covered balcony (1.6 x 3 m), shower room and kitchen. Good starting point to explore Hamburg. All rooms are located in the quiet courtyard S/W location. Practically a 1-room apartment for max. 2 people (rest of the apartment is not used during rental.) In the immediate vicinity: grocery stores and some restaurants. (As often asked: coffee filter machine with thermos flask available) The key is handed over via a key box The space All the rooms you use go to the backyard The bedroom has a double bed with single mattresses (80 x 200 each), a small desk with 2 chairs (no armchairs) and a closet for storing clothes. In the hallway there is a clothes rack with hangers. From the bedroom you can reach the new 1.6 m x 3 m balcony overlooking the "green" backyard. The fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 2 people has a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, convection oven... (no washing machine) During the rental period, the rest of the apartment is not used and not accessible. Linens and towels are included :-). The use of the Wi-Fi/LAN is free of charge. By booking, the guest confirms that they agree to use the host's network only for legal purposes and not for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities. See also: other important information Guest access Private entrance via the staircase. Basement space for parking bicycles can be provided by arrangement. Other things to note Since we are not always on site, we may need a slightly longer lead time. Feel free to inquire 2–4 days before the start of the rental period :-) Minimum rental period 3 nights !! Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony!! ...and unfortunately inevitable nowadays for mutual protection: Usage agreement for Wi-Fi and LAN during the rental period 1. The Wi-Fi, including the user access and password, is available to the guest only for the booking period and can be revoked as a (free) service at any time. 2. The tenant may not grant third parties access to the WLAN / LAN and may not pass on the user data. 3. The landlord reserves the right to block access to certain pages or services via the WLAN, such as violent, pornographic or paid pages. 4. Malware such as viruses, Trojans or worms can get on the device when using the WLAN/LAN. The guest should protect their laptop or tablet with an up-to-date virus protection program. 5. The guest is responsible for the data transmitted via the WLAN/LAN as well as the paid services or legal transactions used and must bear the costs. 6. When using the Wi-Fi, the guest must comply with the applicable law and must not use any immoral or illegal content or distribute and reproduce any copyrighted goods illegally, must observe the applicable child protection regulations, must not send or distribute any harassing, defamatory or threatening content and must not use the Wi-Fi to send mass messages (spam) or for any other form of illegal advertising. 7. The landlord is exempt from all damages and claims of third parties based on an unlawful use of the WLAN by the guest or on a violation of your agreement. 8.
