A purpose-built family home with a large enclosed garden and off-street parking. The main street with all its amenities is a 2 minute walk. All public rooms, WC/cloakroom are ground floor, upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, one with a modern en-suite, plus a family bathroom. The space The Curling Pond is in a central location close to the famous Inveraray Jail and Inveraray Castle. Everything you could need is right around the corner - shops, pubs, hotels and bistros serving local produce. It is an ideal family holiday home with free Wifi in all areas. The Curling Pond is warm and welcoming with oil central heating and a coal effect electric stove in the lounge area; 2 large TVs with NetFlix Amazon Prime and disney plus; X-box and Wii, books and games for children and adults. The fully-equipped kitchen/dining area comes with an American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine and tumble dryer. 1 Well behaved dog is welcome too by prior arrangement! £30.00 per dog Please bring your dog's own clean bedding.
