On the ground floor are the living room with ornamental fireplace, the dining room, an office kitchen with table for 10 - 12 people, a toilet, a suite room with bathroom, a storage room where there are items for the little ones and another very spacious room ideal for children or parents who want to sleep with them, since it has two beds of 1.20 cm. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms, a terrace overlooking the sea with a space where they can disconnect, a full bathroom, and also a distribution area with 1 sofa. The environment is very quiet, there is no noise, you hear the birds, road access is easy and there are no dirt roads, it is all paved.
