Blue Shutters Unije House "Agava & Oliva"

The Blue Shutters Unije Haus is situated in the center of the charming village of Unije. The haus consists of 2 simple apartments ideal for group of from 6 to 10 people. Each apartment is suitable for 4 to 5 people. Both apartments have an access to 2 terraces and the garden. This house is ideal for 2 families who would like to spend holiday together and still keep a certain privacy. The space The house is made of 2 apartments: "Agava" and "Oliva". Apartment "Agava" is simple and cosy (50 qm) ideal for to 4-5 people consists of: On the ground floor: -fully-equipped kitchen combined with dining room -bathroom on the first floor On the 1st floor: - the larger bedroom (13 qm) has a double bed (which can be made into a twin) - the smaller bedroom (8 qm) has a bunch bed. On request, we can add one extra single bed in the larger bedroom. There is a covered, outside terrace in front if the house where you can relax and eat. Apartment " Oliva" (50 qm) as well suitabe for 4 to 5 peole consits of: Bathroom and a summer kitchen on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a small kitchen and a small bathroom. Another inside stairs lead from the kitchen on the 1st floor to 2 bedrooms on the second floor. One larger bedroom (20 qm) has a double bed and a single bed. Another smaller bedroom (8qm) has 2 single beds. Both apartments have 2 terraces with possible communication and the private garden. Guest access Our guests have private use of 2 terraces and the garden. Other things to note General House Rules & Conditions 1. OCCUPANCY / HEATING/ WASHING: It is very important to save the water because on the island there is just limited quantity of rainwater collected in the tanks of each house. For this reason, we must be very responsible how we use the water in order not to stay without it: • When washing dishes please use always a dishwasher and wash only full loads in dishwasher on ECO program • Laundry: it is not permitted to do the laundry (wash clothes). Please take enough reserve clothes. • The house water is not for drinking (so I suggest buying it), although you can safely use house water for cooking, tea or coffee. • Shower: if you shower, please take it short and turn off the water while shampooing your hair or cleaning your body. Advice: Do not shower every day after the sea bath because the Sea Salt among lots of benefits offers antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties that can provide mosquito bite relief • Turn off the water while brushing your teeth or shaving. • Don’t flush the toilet just to get rid of trash. • Use the garbage disposal sparingly. Environmental Policy We are dedicated to the protection of our planets resources and would encourage our guests to help us by: • Saving the water using it in a responsible manner • Switching of the air-conditioner when leaving the apartment • Ensuring that all windows and doors are closed when the air-conditioner is on. • Switching off electrical devices when not in use and before leaving the apartment • Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use; • Ensuring that all electric devices are off when not in use. • Please do not smoke Damage/ Losses • Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause or incur at the premises. • Please lock your apartment (and garden door if necessary.)
