This will ensure a smooth and hassle-free check in. -on Visitors & Airbnb guests Policy As part of the condo policy they are very strict in regards of people entering the building. If you have any visitor/s please let us know and send IDs of them prior to visit so we can process the authorization letter needed. Please note that maximum of 4 persons are only allowed to stay in the room at a time including airbnb guests listed. As an airbnb guest/s we are also giving you the copy of your own authorization letter for you to re enter the building. Guards may check this everytime you enter , just saved a digital copy of that on your phone. Coz sometimes it maybe hassle for you to check everytime you enter, but please note that this for your security and for all the people staying in the building. You may notice the (card pass) used by the residents or long term tenants of the building. They don’t issue this to airbnb guest/s. This may help you to what will you expect and for us to make sure that everything will be followed as the admin of the condo has their own rules and policies. Thank you for understanding. -One time set up of Linens, towels and Toiletries. - Extra sheet and blanket will provide upon request or if guests is 3-4 guests. - Number of towels and basic toiletries will set up according to the number of guests declared. -Swimming pool has a FEE of 150php per head per use during regular days/ weekends And 300php per head per use during holidays. (Maximum of 2 persons only) - if you wish to swim on holiday or weekend , kindly inform us , since the admin closed during this time , so we can buy tickets prior. -Gym rate: Ordinary days- ₱150 per person/ day Holidays- ₱300 per person/ day Maximum 2 guest per unit po Time: 6 AM to 3 PM only. Parking is available at España Blvd. between SM Hypermarket and Starbucks, first come first serve po, ₱40 for first 2 hours plus ₱20 And there is a pay parking also at Tower 1 of sun residences , 30 pesos per hour then plus 300 if overnight. Dispose trash responsibly, few steps from the room ( left side,there is a fire exit where the garbage room is located). Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Keep our place clean and tidy. Switch off appliances if you're not using them. other things to note [Shortening of nights and rescheduling] Within 48 hours of booking and more than 1 week before check-in Acceptable.We will refund the difference due to shortening and rescheduling. Less than 1 week before check-in You will be asked to pay half of the number of days that have been shortened and rescheduled. Payment will be after you check out.
