Modern self contained dwelling in cottage garden

SPECIAL WINTER DISCOUNT This beautiful self contained dwelling in set in 2 acres of traditional cottage garden, with seating areas dotted along the river, in the secret garden, under the oak tree and also has the choice of 4 patios. The guests have access to one of two hot tubs which are kept meticulously clean. There is a large vegetable garden and chickens, a pig, sheep and Alpacas. In addition to the 2 acre garden there are 3 acres of paddock. The space Yr Hen Felin was a Flour Mill, serving the Dyffryn Estate. There are four self catering accommodations at Yr Hen Felin. In addition to this listing there are 2 converted horse boxes and a shepherd's hut with use of my art room. The shepherd's hut and this accommodation are on opposite sides of the back garden. The new build is a modern self contained unit with bifold doors which open onto a South West facing patio and the back garden. You have your own private fire pit/barbecue and there are a further two barbecues for other guests. The downstairs is an open plan kitchen diner and a three piece suite, the sofa opens into a small double bed. The kitchen is stunning, shaped like a shell and is fully equipped and even includes a bread maker. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, brown and white sugar and spices and herbs are provided. A three piece suite is in front of a large wall mounted 3D television with Amazon Prime. There is glass dining table with 6 chairs. A floating staircase leads upstairs to an open plan bedroom with two king sized sofa beds. There is also sufficient room for an additional air bed. Please let me know how many beds you would like making up. The choice is one or two sofa beds upstairs, an additional air bed upstairs and a small double sofa bed downstairs. There is a second television with Amazon Prime. The shower room is modern with clean lines. You have your own hot tub overlooking the river. Chemicals are added and monitored daily. There are a further 3 hot tubs and are some way apart, giving guests privacy. They are particularly beautiful at night with the fairy lights on the bridge and along the river. There are seats dotted around the 2 acre garden where you can sit and read or paint or simply day dream. We host cider making days in October, normally twenty people work together, scratting the apples and pressing the juice, as well as preparing a traditional Sunday roast dinner with our own lamb and vegetables. The charge is £50 per person and guests leave with a flagon of juice and yeast with instructions on how to finish their cider at home. The demijohn costs £20. The cider is ready to be bottled just before Christmas. We will be restarting art courses once coronavirus is no longer a threat. We also cater for corporate days and weddings. There is relatively little we can do as individuals to help save our planet, but one of the things is to recycle. Please use the food recycling bins for all food waste and please rinse containers before putting in the recycling bin.
