10 Torrin

10 Torrin is a welcoming self-catering cottage set in amongst the crofts just 7 miles from Broadford on the Isle of Skye. There is a double and a twin bedroom. It is excellently located for relaxing walks along country lanes to the shores of Loch Slapin, or explore the rest of Skye, Raasay, Lochalsh and Glenelg. The space 10 Torrin is a traditional croft house built out of local stone in 1823. There is a small garden around the holiday cottage which makes a lovely picnic area with views to the Red Cuillins. Inside the main holiday home, the ground floor is open plan. There is a spacious dining area with an extendable table which seats 4-6 people. The kitchen has an electric cooker, washing machine, microwave and a fridge/freezer. The comfy sitting room has two settees (one of which is also a comfortable sofa bed). To use the sofa bed, there is an additional fee which can be added at the time of booking your holiday home. A TV, DVD and video player are also available. There is an open fireplace which you are welcome to use. Please bring firewood and kindling with you. On the upper floor there is a spacious shower room and two bedrooms; one double and one twin room. There is also a cot and high chair available on request. Please be aware that mobile signal in the area is poor and so a payphone has been installed in the house and Wi-Fi is available. 10 Torrin makes a great base for a relaxing holiday on the Isle of Skye! Please Note: 10 Torrin sleeps a maximum of 6 people. To enable this, the sofa bed will be automatically added to a booking for 5 or more people. There is a fee for this facility.
