The space There is a dedicated bedroom with a king size platform bed, hanging rack and full-sized dresser, the full bath is remodeled and the kitchen is functional but not fancy and has a fridge, dishwasher and small stove. Plates, cups, silverware, etc. is all here for you to use but it's not a place to create big meals. The sofa has a pull-out bed - if you think you will use this please let me know in advance. There is a large flat-screen TV with netflix, hulu, amazon in the living room and also a TV in the bedroom. Other things to note This is a multi-family home. Owner lives on first floor, tenant on second floor and top floor is a separate suite.
