Its terrace, nestled between the stream and the neighboring meadow, promises relaxing moments.  This cottage is located on the property of the Gîtes du Moulin de Poil, consisting of a set of 3 cottages and a guest room. The common areas are thus shared on 2 hectares of land The space House on 2 levels of 110 m2 for 7 people, completely renovated. ______________________________________________________________ The cleaning fee is not included in the rental price. At your choice, it can be done by you or not. The rental includes sheets with beds made and towels. _____________________________________________________________ The accommodation consists of: Three bedrooms: one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a second bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed that can be converted into 2 90 x 200 cm beds. A third dormitory bedroom with a 140*190 bed and two 90*190 single bunk beds. A large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (oven and gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave). A living room with two sofas, TV, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and a large dining table. On the ground floor, a shared bathroom with bathtub. A bathroom with large walk-in shower in the bedroom. In the entrance, separate toilet. Terrace with garden table and BBQ, deckchairs. Guest access In addition to your fully independent and enclosed accommodation, you will have access to the 10 m x 4.5 m swimming pool (heated from May to September), the petanque court, the ping pong table, the foosball table and the pool table. These facilities are common to the three cottages on the property. Other things to note Cleaning fees are not included in the rental price. At your choice, it can be done by you or not. During the 2 summer months, the rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
