On the ground floor: Large living room with 2 large French windows opening onto a panoramic terrace with sea view (150 m), integrated kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. KUZHEOL is adjoining its twin SAVHEOL. Beach 10 minutes' walk away. The space The comfortable house is located in the bay of Audierne, with its beautiful beaches and rocky coast. SAV-HEOL is an Eco-house: Wooden structure, straw bale insulation, Heating of domestic water and by the floor through a solar water heater. Scandinavian auxiliary stove for the winter. The coastal path (GR34) is 150 m from the house. 10 minutes walk and you are at Gored Beach or the picturesque little port of Pors Poulhan and its archaeological sites of "Menez Dregan". The port of heritage interest "AUDIERNE" is 15 minutes away with its magnificent beaches, nautical activities (sailing, diving), boarding to the island of "Sein". The "great site of France" Pointe de Raz is 30 minutes away. Close to the great surf site (La Torche) or family sites (Penhors: Surf, sand yachting etc.). QUIMPER, capital of Cornouaille is 30 minutes away. Check-in 4pm-6pm, Check-out 10am. Arrivals (Friday) after 6:00 p.m. are possible for Weekend reservations. Keys will be available in a secure key box. Notify to get the code. On request, we offer bedding (€10 per bed) Basic equipment is provided (food condiments, cleaning products and basic hygiene products). A cleaning service at the end of the stay is offered for €60 per cottage, to be specified when booking. Nevertheless, dishes must be done, equipment stored and garbage emptied.
