Long Beach California suburb home

Perfect home if you are looking to study at Long Beach State University. Walking distance to campus or an easy 5 minute bus ride. We have hosted students from Japan, England, Germany, Malaysia, Oman, France, Spain, and Korea that attended LBSU. Quiet home in a great neighborhood within 12 miles/19km from Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland, Queen Mary, The Aquarium of the Pacific & many beaches! The space Quiet suburban home in Long Beach, CA. Within 12 miles of Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium & The Queen Mary. Minutes to stores, beaches, 2nd street & downtown Long Beach. Walking distance to Long Beach State University, El Dorado regional park & golf course. 0.3 miles access to I-405. Parking is FREE. We will be present during guest's stay. Dana and I have a 21 year old son and 30 year old daughter that both live in the home with their own rooms. We will interact as much or as little as the guests would like. Friendly, safe neighborhood where neighbors watch out for each other via neighborhood watch program. Close to many freeways. Bus stop is on Studebaker Road which is 0.3 miles from the house (walking distance). Metro train is 5 miles away on Willow street. In 2022 we did a major remodel of our home. It is now an open space with brand new kitchen, appliances, windows, floors and paint inside and out. We have 4 dogs and 2 indoor cats. Three of the dogs are small inside dogs and the fourth one is larger one that is primarily outside. Dana also watches dogs for friends and family at our home. All dogs are pre screened prior to staying with us to check for temperament. There is a gate into the hallway, as well as a barn door at the end of the hallway to keep the dogs from going into the guests room. Guest access Guests have a 32 inch flat screen cable TV, high speed wireless internet, and a mini fridge in their room. They will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, and 2 refrigerator(s) in the garage. There is also a BBQ grill, backyard fire pit, & two bicycles available to use. (Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the bicycles). Guests are also responsible for their own food. We do not provide food for guests nor do we cook for our guests. There are grocery stores nearby for shopping or you can have food delivered from the local markets. We also ask that you clean up after yourself i.e. stove, sink and bathroom. Dishes must be cleaned and put away after use or put in the dishwasher. Please be considerate of the shared bathroom by keeping it clean. Our personal bedrooms (including our kids) are OFF LIMITS! If you need something from our rooms ask us first. Please respect our privacy. During your stay We will be present during guest's stay. We will interact as much or as little as our guests want.
