Cottage with amazing views in Devon countryside

Lovely 'out of the way' 2 storey attached Cottage with own entrance, small private garden & terrace, having the benefit of a tremendous south facing view over a picturesque Mid Devon valley. Sleeps 6. The accommodation consists of a 24' lounge/diner, kitchen & large shower room downstairs, with 2 large en-suite bedrooms upstairs & a work area outside the bedrooms. In a peaceful rural location just 5 minutes drive to Tiverton. Exmoor, Dartmoor & both the North & South coasts are easy drives. The space The Cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends. The 2-storey accommodation is well-equipped and fully self-contained, with its own entrance and parking for up to three cars. Please bring immediately to our attention anything that is damaged, not working or requires remedial action, preferably backed up by a photo, to avoid any subsequent dispute. The kitchen has plenty of storage space, oven & hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor there is a 24' lounge with a dining table & 8 chairs, a chaise, and a sofa bed, plus a cloakroom with shower, WC and sink. The lounge has tremendous views over the owners' garden and field (often with sheep on) and then the lovely Mid Devon countryside stretches for many uncluttered miles. Large sliding patio doors give access to the south-facing private terrace, with a table and chairs making it perfect for a spot of alfresco dining or to enjoy a glass of wine. The woodburner is unusable at present. USB points for charging phones are inset in the power socket by the TV. On the first floor there is a spacious double bedroom with 2 bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a hanging rail, plus an en-suite containing a shower, WC and sink. It has lovely views over the garden and field and into the distance. USB points for charging phones are inset in the power sockets either side of the king-size bed. The second bedroom contains twin beds and is furnished with 2 bedside cabinets, a wardrobe with drawers and a hanging rail, plus a large en-suite containing a P-shaped bath with shower over, sink and WC. On the landing at the top of the stairs there is a work table & stool with drawers either side and a mirror. in addition, there are 2 wardrobes with hanging rails & drawers, plus a coffee table and portable fan. The Cottage welcomes up to 2 well behaved dogs per booking, by prior arrangement, and has the benefit of an enclosed area of grass to the rear. Dogs must not be left in the Cottage unattended.
