This condo is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. The Red Line Shuttle stops near the front of the complex. No pets are allowed inside unit at any time. This includes ALL animals, including those of visiting friends. There will be a $350 fee if this house rule is broken. Evidence of bringing a pet inside the unit is grounds for immediate cancellation of the reservation. No smoking allowed in unit or complex. The bedroom has a California King bed, and the loft has a queen & full bed. The loft is accessed by a narrow, spiral staircase so please review pictures. Full kitchen with all cooking utensils provided. Cable, internet, 47" flat screen TV, sectional couch. Located on the 2nd floor, there is a flight of stairs (~15-20) to walk up and no elevator access. Ring camera is outside front door in the entrance. Guest access Jacuzzi, dry sauna, swimming pool, laundry facility in complex. 2 parking permits, unassigned. Other things to note Please check the weather conditions to ensure you will be able to get to Mammoth via the route you are coming from. There are no changes/cancellations due to weather. I suggest planning on driving to Mammoth in the winter (not flying) as flights are frequently cancelled due to winter storms/strong winds. Please read the cancellation policy. I STRONGLY encourage guests to purchase travel insurance in the event of an unplanned weather event (eg. highway 395 closed, flight cancelled).
