Just a guest room and no 4* Hotel

Welcome to my guest room! It’s not a whole apartment, but you’ll have access to the kitchen, a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and the terrace. The guest bathroom is exclusively for you. The apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly area with lots of greenery, close to the Isar. I hope you enjoy your stay! Two lovely cats live with us. The space If you’re interested in hiking, you can catch the Bavarian Oberland Railway (BOB) at Harras to reach beautiful spots like Tegernsee, Bayrischzell, and Schliersee. We love hiking ourselves and would be happy to offer you some tips. Shopping options are about a 10-15 minute walk away. Just around the corner, there’s a cozy Italian bistro where you can enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast or lunch. Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces available on Heißstraße, Fallstraße, or Zechstraße. Guest access We’re delighted to offer you a cozy room with a bed and access to a wardrobe. You’re welcome to share our kitchen and living room. The guest bathroom is exclusively for your use. Feel free to use the large bathroom if you’d like to take a bath or shower. There will be space in the refrigerator for your items, and you’re invited to use our kitchen for cooking. If you have any questions or need assistance, just let us know! Other things to note Two cats live in the apartment and will likely greet you with their friendly presence.
