Sandpiper is a beautifully built,self contained studio apartment,with its own entrance,bed canopy of fairy lights,EV charger & free parking.Set in the quiet,beautiful village of Lelant,within minutes walk to our beautiful RSPB estuary & golden beaches,& 10 minute train ride into St Ives.We are close to the A30 avoiding much of St Ives traffic-a perfect spot to explore the amazing surrounding West Cornwall area. The space With underfloor heating thoughout, large walk in power shower, 43 inch smart tv, an extremely comfortable Emma double mattress with goose feather and down duvet this private space is a great place to relax and unwind in. The lovely bed is finished with a romantic canopy of fairy lights and voile! The kitchenette is bespoke designed, hand built and finished in waney edge oak with all the essentials such as kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge (no oven or hob), and of course, crockery and utensils! There is a charcoal bbq available in summer too. The bed linen and towels are luxurious and professionally cleaned at high temperatures. Guest access The studio is self contained with a separate entrance to the main residence. There is a outdoor bistro table and chairs, and a built in bench which definitely makes the most of the sunshine! Other things to note Please note that although the kitchenette is well equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery and crockery and other utensils, it does not include an oven or a hob.
