Here are some important details to help you maintain the property and enjoy the facilities: 🔹 **Hygiene and Jacuzzi Maintenance:** Our jacuzzi undergoes professional disinfection and maintenance after each guest. To keep the water clear and pleasant for you, we ask that you follow these rules: - **Cleaning before entry:** Please wash/clean your feet thoroughly before entering the water. - **No external substances:** There is an absolute prohibition on introducing soap, oils, bubble bath, or bath salts into the jacuzzi (these damage the filtration system). - **Proper operation:** Use only the buttons marked for guest use (you will receive a photo and detailed explanation from us upon arrival). 🔹 **Fireplace and Wood:** During winter season, the fireplace is available for a warm atmosphere. We provide a wood starter kit. 🔹 **Electric Vehicle:** There is a private and convenient charging station in the parking area. Please inform us in advance if you plan to use it. 🔹 **Galilean Tranquility:** The house is located in a very quiet community settlement. Parties, karaoke, or playing loud music in the yard are prohibited. We ask that you respect the neighbors' peace (quiet hours from 11:00 PM). 🔹 **Equipment and Amenities:** The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for gourmet cooking. We provide soft towels, quality bath products, tea infusions, coffee capsules, and milk in the fridge so you can start your vacation comfortably. 🔹Fits 8 guests (max 10).
