The Studio is a quiet and cosy detached retreat with double garage on an exclusive development - just a few minutes walk to the centre of Crickhowell for pubs, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, tourist office and many interesting shops. There are beautiful views from the lounge. The Studio's decoration, kitchen, fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings are regularly updated to keep things fresh. The mezzanine bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed. The Studio is decorated for Christmas/ New Year The space Full gas boiler central heating/ hot water and well insulated walls and loft make The Studio a really cosy retreat. Return from a day in the Brecon Beacons to a well equipped lounge which includes: 43 Inch 4K Smart LED TV with HDR Freeview/ Play and if you have a subscription Netflix etc. Unlimited WiFi 63Mbps Fast Fibre broadband, 4G Mobile Signal, DVD Player, Hi Fi with DAB/ CD/ Bluetooth . Books, games, magazines, DVD box sets and movies provided. A Nest Home Mini is there to answer questions about the locality. Additionally there are folders containing information, routes and maps for many beautiful walks and hikes. And when you get back from your walk; our recommendations and sample menus for lovely pubs and restaurants to eat out locally. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided including a cafetiere with quality coffee. The Welcome Pack consists of crumpets, scones, butter, jams, milk, orange juice and chocolate biscuits (plus a nice bottle of wine or beers for stays of 7 days or for repeat guests). The bedroom has a King sized bed, Smart TV, DAB/ Bluetooth radio, large chest of drawers and a clothes rail with hangers. The double garage offers secure parking for a car, motorbikes, mountain bikes, kayaks and canoes. It also houses a fridge freezer, washer dryer with laundry detergent and conditioner. There's also a 'retractable reel' washing line. Unfortunately due to its design, with spiral staircase and mezzanine bedroom with low window ledges, the property is not suitable for children under 10 or guests with limited or restricted mobility. Sorry no animals allowed. The Studio is strictly a no smoking property and the hosts would appreciate it if guests took off 'outside' shoes and boots at the door. Keith will message you on the day of your arrival if an earlier check in than 3pm is possible. Guest access The Studio is a detached property so there are no shared areas. Parking for a small to medium car is available in the garage or free and always available for your 1 or 2 cars in the road next to the Studio. Other things to note The Studio has a 4* 'Visit Wales' Inspection. *When you proceed to book you won't find any hidden cleaning charges or chores to do!
