▪️Welcome to 46 Marly, a small 36 m² haven designed for you to settle down, relax and feel good, just a few minutes from Metz. Here, you can enjoy a quiet environment, a cosy interior and free parking near the accommodation. You can use our garden, which has a boules pitch and a small chalet equipped with a summer kitchen, perfect for enjoying the outdoors when the weather allows. We will be discreet. The space ▪️ You will find free parking spaces on the street as well as in two small free car parks located about 80 and 200 metres from the accommodation. The spaces right in front of the house are temporarily reduced due to works for a new bus line, but you can definitely stop in front of the accommodation to drop off your luggage without any worries. ▪️The apartment consists of: • Cozy and bright living room with dining counter, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hobs, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, (coffee, tea, small grocery store...), seating area with sofa and TNT TV, wifi • Room with a 160x200 cm queen-size bed and an en-suite shower (82x78 cm tray, compact size) • Separate toilet Electric Fireplace. Bed linen, Towels, Shower Gel provided. We provide you with our lingerie ( washing machine, ironing board) ▪️Surroundings and practice: • You can get to the city centre by bus; the journey takes 15-20 minutes. Access involves steps. This house is also our place of life. Your apartment is completely independent. The house is located on slightly sloping ground. The flat is on the lower level, on the garden side. You have to walk down a few steps. Inside, the spaces are open-plan. The room overlooks our inner courtyard and then the garden. The living room is on a slight slope of the land, with a normal-sized window overlooking the slope of the land (shown in the photo). ▪️Arrival: Secure key box for late arrivals or as you wish. We will welcome you in person as soon as possible. Other things to note WORKS INFORMATION: Works related to the creation of a new bus route have begun near the property. The number of parking spaces directly in front of the house has been temporarily reduced. However, spaces are still available in the nearby street, as well as two small free car parks located about 80 and 200 metres from the property. We prefer to inform you about this with complete transparency. You can unload your luggage without any problem by parking in front of the house temporarily. (Entrance to our garage) The works are currently scheduled to be completed in December, with no more specific date at this stage. Although the accommodation is located at the back of the house, in an area that is usually quiet, there may be occasional noise disturbance on some days due to these works. If you have any concerns before your arrival, please don't hesitate to contact me: I can let you know how the work is progressing. Furthermore, cancellation remains free of charge up to 5 days before the start of your stay. ▪️Hygiene: Weekly treatment with an ozone-generating lamp to purify the air and disinfect thoroughly. ▪️ Please note: The shower has an 82 × 78 cm tray, a compact size that may not be suitable for all body sizes or comfort preferences. It is not a full bathroom, but only a shower with a washbasin – small, admittedly, but cosy and functional. If you're looking for a spacious bathroom to relax in, this apartment may not meet your expectations. (See photos) Soap, shower gel, disposable toothbrush, hairdryer and towels provided. ▪️Non-smoking property, but you can smoke in the garden or under the porch.
