The whole house including the front and backyard will be all yours. There is no a driveway for this house, but plenty of on-street parking. Westport is one of the most historic, vibrant and exciting neighborhoods in Kansas City. There's also a grocery store and full service liquor store right across the street. The house is also close to the Plaza, downtown, River Market and about 20 minutes from Arrowhead and Kauffman stadiums. There's unique shopping, restaurants for even the most discriminating tastes and dozens of great spots to drink, dance and hear live music. Being so close to Westport, there will always be an Uber or cab within 5 minutes to pick you up. There's also bus lines within two blocks. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the plates, utensils and glassware you need to cook a full meal. The Sub-Zero refrigerator/ freezer is large enough to hold a week's worth of groceries.
