A fantastic suite positioned privately from the main dwelling area with it's own French door access. The suite has a smart TV, Wifi, air-conditioning and a luxurious queen bed. Also boasts it's own small outdoor area. Parking available directly in-front of suite for ease of luggage transfer. Conveniently close to Waiuku town. Rate incl continental breakfast. Please note the suite does not have laundry facilities. Personal laundry service is available please discuss your needs with us. The space The Roost is an executive level B&B where guests enjoy private suites separate from other guests. These include continental breakfast. No cooking facilities however a kitchenette with sink, microwave and mini-fridge is centrally placed for making of snacks etc. All rooms with tea/coffee facilities. Wall hung TVs to all rooms for comfort. You can also enjoy a relaxing night in front of the outdoor courtyard fireplace. We are located close to Waiuku township with its cafes, shops and restaurants. We are also lucky enough to have an elevated outlook to the Port Waikato Hills. Some of the rooms can be configured differently to have single twin beds instead of a queen, so please do speak to us about this. We also have on-site parking for 10 vehicles.
