Nice and charming fully equipped house. Ideal for families or a group of friends. In a quiet area. Close to the airport (3km), to the beach (5km) and to the Centre of Faro (3km). The space This charming and pleasant house is full of character and tastefully decorated. It is essentially suitable for families with children. We are able to welcome up to 8 persons at the same time - but ideally, the house is suitable for 6 persons (4 adults and 2 children or 2 adults and 4 children). The new pellet fire will give you pleasant warmth during the winter months. We freely set some bicycles at your disposal to allow you to discover and explore the area. Riding on a bike, you can easily reach Praia de Faro from the house, as well as the centre of Faro, thanks to a new bicycle path which has just been developed. PLEASE NOTE: the house is on several levels. It is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. PLEASE NOTE: the tourist tax will apply in Faro from March 1, 2022. This tax will be added to the price of your rental. From 1 March 2025, the tourist tax will be €2 per day, per person over the age of 16, for a maximum of 7 days. PLEASE NOTE : Since April 2024, following the application of a European anti-money laundering decree, all tenants must provide their personal details, which will be recorded in a SIBA file.
