This House Is Walking Distance To Hofstra University, Close To the Mall, Jones Beach & Other Attractions On Long Island. This house does have 2 tenants on the other half of the house which happens to be my mom & sister but does not interfere wit the section listed. My MoM helps me with assisting the guest when Im not available.. This Is a Smoke Free Property any Evidence of smoking you will be charged a 250.00 fee on your security deposit.. Also a security deposit of 1000 is required to book. The space This 4 Bedrooms Is Huge with alot of closet room and very spacious... Other things to note The back half of the house has 2 Tenants but Its a total separate Apartment with no interference. No more then 4 people in property and no large gatherings or parties, in order to book you must have to have atleast 2 or 3 reviews to book the property..This Is A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY!! If you need to check in early it's possible as long as I don't have a quick turn around from previous tenant and it's also a 50.00 charge for checking in early.. This house also has security cameras
