We're also only a 7 min. drive from Universal Studios and 14 min. drive to Hollywood attractions. Our private fenced in yard includes plenty of parking and an outdoor entertaining space under beautiful string lights. As you enter the home, you'll notice an open floor plan with plenty of natural light, high end decor and everything you need for a relaxing enjoyable stay. The space Our spacious home features 2 bedrooms with top of the line bedding, a sparkly clean bathroom with tub and shower, living room with a large comfortable couch for seating up to 6 comfortably, separate dining room with seating for 6-8 comfortably, spacious bar area, kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a romantic breakfast table for 2, and a separate laundry room with stacked washer and dryer. Our favorite part of the home is our private enclosed backyard, perfect for dogs, BBQs, yard games, entertaining, laying out and relaxing! The owners live in a completely separate private unit behind the main house on the same lot and are readily available for any guest needs throughout their stay. Other things to note Please note that the owners share the main access gate and driveway with guests, so please keep driveway clear at all times and refrain from parking on driveway.
