We rent two private rooms in our renovated farmhouse, characterized by a large garden and swimming pool, furnished with the style and warmth typical of a real lived-in country house. The property is very convenient, located less than a minute from the Valsamoggia tollbooth on the A1 Mi-Bo highway and just 14 minutes from Bologna airport. We will be happy to serve you breakfast in our large living room, and you will have the opportunity to relax in our large garden with swimming pool and trees. The space The room overlooks the street, located in a quiet countryside area. Although the road is generally quiet, it can become busy during peak hours, and occasionally a tractor or agricultural machine may pass, generating some noise. For the more sensitive, we also provide earplugs! Guest access You can relax in the garden, by the pool, under the gazebo, or in the shade of a tree, on hot summer days. The use of the kitchen is not allowed, and our living room is only usable for breakfast. During your stay We live here, and for you it will be like living at home with us. We are available to our guests for directions, chats, and considerations; we like to socialize and get to know our guests! I, Nicola, speak fluent English, while my parents speak Italian and help each other with an online translator. We try to take care of the communication because we care, but we also ask you to cooperate, since this is not a hotel, but a private house:) Other things to note Smoking is prohibited in the room; it is not possible to arrive before check-in, or stay after check-out time, even in the garden/pool. IMPORTANT: it is absolutely NECESSARY to have your own vehicle to stay at our house, as we are in the open countryside and the area is not served by public transport. Being with us without a way to move makes you uncomfortable, and as a result, we regret it, that we want to guarantee you the best possible experience. Guests are not allowed to bring guests from outside Since it is our private home and being in the middle of the countryside, for security reasons we do not provide guests with keys to access. This will not affect your stay, because we are here for you and will be available to open the door for you at any time you want to return in the evening. We usually go to bed much later than you! However, it is good to keep in mind that if you have a mind to live the night and return at 4 in the morning, perhaps this accommodation is not the right solution for you :) Please take a careful look at our location: we are not in Bologna or Modena! But in a convenient location between the two cities, on the historic Via Emilia and right next to the A1 motorway. This will allow you to easily reach various points in the region (by car).
