Climate Control The home has centralized heating. Temperatures are moderately warm in Santa Clara, so there is no AC unit. Guests with Allergies I have two cats (Crybaby and Mischief) that live in the garage. They are not allowed in the guest rooms/common areas, so most spaces should be free of pet dander for guests with allergies. The outdoor patio functions as a cat sanctuary for TNR rescue cats with bowls of food, water and pet beds.
