A basement apartment suite with entrance along a stone path on the left side of the house to private entrance. Step out to a view of Gamble Bay. You will have access to Gamble Bay, beach, kayaks, tree house, yard on the Bay, Private Grill, and grill utensils, fire pit, horse shoes and patio. Turn into the driveway and follow the right drive through the path of trees. Park on the grass and walk toward the main house. On the left side of the main house is the stone path which you will follow around to the front of the house. The basement suite will be ready for you with a number coded entrance.
