The space The property is located on the top of Fromes Hill overlooking the beautiful Herefordshire countryside with spectacular views of the Malvern Hills. Set in grounds of 4.5 acres this scenic spot is rural and allows an escape from city living and has many places of interest close by. The Malvern Hills, Hereford and Worcester Cathedrals, the Welsh borders, Symonds Yat & Cheltenham Racecourse are all easily accessible. The nearby historic market towns of Bromyard, Ledbury and Ludlow offer boutique shopping, festivals and much more. The spacious oak framed building can easily accommodate 6 people. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a double oven, induction hob, fridge, small freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave, with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & milk. The living space has 2 large sofas plus 2 double sofa beds which can sleep 4 people. The oak dining table and chairs can seat all the guests plus 2 barstools can be used at the breakfast counter. The bedroom, which is open to the main barn, is located at the far end, in the oast house. This room comes with a superking sized bed which can be separated into twin beds if needed (please confirm this at the time of booking), large flat screen TV with Freeview, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. In the bathroom is a toilet, sink, shaving mirror and fitted shower with a rain water shower head and body jets. Towels are provided. Outside there is a covered wooden gazebo with table, seating and fairy lights. During the summer we have table tennis and table football in the carport. Guest access Guests can use the whole first floor barn, plus the gravel courtyard, where we have a covered wooden gazebo housing a table, seating and fairy lights.
