A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner! The space Every friday afternoon there is the Moltkemarkt (really cool market with loads of wine and food) just around the corner. After a 1min walk you have the subway (stop "Bochumer Verein / Jahrhunderhalle", 2 stops to the main train station), in 2min of walking you can find the supermarket PENNY, in 5min the supermarket EDEKA, banks with ATMs, bakery etc., the central is a 10min walk away, as well as the famous bar-area called "Bermuda3eck". In the apartment you can find a nice little seating area, a bed and a beautiful desk, where you can work perfectly with your laptop. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can basically find all you need: 2 hot plates (induction), a water cooker, senseo coffee machine, a french-press, plates/glasses etc. and cuttlery for 2 people, pots, pans and a few spices. The kitchen is detached with a door, so the smell stays outside the sleeping room. The bathroom is also well equipped: toilet, shower, towels, shampoo and a laundry basket, clothes horse and washing machine, which you can use for free as well. Guest access You are gonna live alone in my apartment, so you have access to living/sleeping-area, kitchen and bathroom.
