Desert charm, lush patio, walking distance to miles of trails, top restaurants, grocery, North Mountain Visitor Center, Starbucks, and bus system. 2/2 condo is fully furnished, firm beds, cable, wifi, full kitchen, pool, easy airport, N Ctrl Phoenix. The space Very private area to condo and area around condo is also very quiet.. One entrance through patio gate passes through garden area, below umbrella of lemon blossoms. Hummingbirds frequent the patio and outside all day long. Desert flowers/plants are specific for attracting hummingbirds. Inside the décor is simple but tastefully updated with comfort and function as priorities. All of your needs/accessories are considered for your memorable stay. There is a grill in the patio area, another grill in the pool area and table set just outside the patio with umbrella and four chairs. An inside electric wall fireplace warms the living area and flat screen TV's are in family room and soon to be in master. Vertical wall garden and various flowering plants invite hummingbirds especially, along with a variety of cacti that are night bloomers and/or periodic bloomers. Complex pool, laundry, carport parking and all common areas. Guests can have total privacy and know that they can contact me if they need anything. The location is perfect for the active, nature-loving enthusiast! Great hideaway, central yet in the hills and surrounded by desert. This is a safe spot and you can walk to almost anything you need. The bus stop is across the street, right in front of Sbux. Moon Valley Café, Aiello's Italian restaurant and El Conquistador restaurants are all wonderful and within walking distance (across the streets in all directions). There is also a Sushi and Greek restaurant across the street, as well as Subway, McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts. Safeway grocery is also across the street to the west. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the condo and laundry is around the corner, on opposite side of our 4 unit building. The laundry room is hardly ever being used and laundry soap is provided. The pool is for guests too of course and the grounds are great for walking with friendly neighbors and wonderful neighborhoods/trails. Other things to note The beds are new, the sheets are high quality and the kitchen is stocked, even for a fancy chef! The flowers are blooming, the birds are chirping, the garden smells of lemons and the hummingbirds are active! There is wifi and movie channels plus smart TV upstairs in master. Two sinks and bathtub in upstairs bath and shower in downstairs bath. Hi efficiency washer dryer combo (euro) and full kitchen.
